I graduated from Syracuse University in May 2011 with a master's degree in Library and Information Science. Before that, I was majoring in computer science for seven years. However, I came to realize that technology itself is unable to solve most of the issues we are facing today in such an information age and became a library science student to gain better understanding of people and information and explore approaches to facilitate knowledge creation through library services.
